Game 1 of the NBA finals was close for a quarter and a half before Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry took over in a furry of long bombs, smooth jumpers and coast to coast dunks. Lebron James and company will be trying to find an answer for the talisman nicknamed KD who scored 38 points in Game 1.
But that is really here nor there in the opinion of twitter fingers. The golden star in Game 1 did not come from the Golden State Warriors, but rather the Bajan beauty and pop star, Rihanna. As her sideline antics such as distracting an ESPN pundit, allegedly shouting brick at KD’s free throw, to subsequently catching an evil eye by Kevin Durant caught a lot of attention in the ever watchful eye of social media.
If you didn’t know Queen RiRi is a huge fan of King James so we can expect her to be in the stands tonight as Game 2 gets underway. However we can expect a similar end result in this game as well, because as several basketball commentators have mentioned the other half of the original Splash Brothers, Klay Thompson wasn’t even playing well in Game 1.
So Lebron will probably be looking for more answers to stop this on fire Golden State team in Game 2 as KD continues to give looks at the Bad Gal Rihanna.
